Clonroosk at Clonroosk Abbey, Clonroosk Link road, Portlaoise, Co. Laois
construct a residential development comprising 66 no. semi-detached houses of 2 storey equivalent in height (totaling 7,990 sq. m Gross Floor Area), all at this site of approximately 2.7 hectares. The proposed development will complete the unfinished Clonroosk Abbey estate and consist of: a total 20 no. Type-P (113 sq. m) three bedroom 2 storey semi-detached houses; 20 no. Type -N (111 sq. m) three bedroom 2 storey semi-detached houses and 26 no.
