Planning Permission for retention of works carried out at Drumlease Glebe House, Conaghil, Dromahair, Co. Leitrim, F91 AX88. The works were carried out following extensive fire damage to the main house and includes the following; 1) retention of 37.2 sq.m. two storey entrance portico on the west facade; 2) retention of 26 sq.m. ground floor single storey flat roofed extension to the east (rear) elevation; 3) retention of incomplete external staircase accessing the flat roof single storey extension (described in item 2 above); 4) retention of size and location changes for two windows on the west facade and one window on the rear east facade; 5) retention of new ground floor external bridge accessing new patio door/window on the east elevation; 6) retention of replacement stonework to selected areas of the west facade and all associated general site works.
