A) demolition of an existing derelict building comprising of No. 48-50 Parnell Street; B) construct a 6 storey mixed use development in one block with part ground floor commercial consisting of 2 no. retail units(204m2) and the remainder (part ground and all upper floors) to consist of a build to rent (BTR) Residential development (3,100.5m2) with a total of 34 apartments. All apartments provided with private balconies. Residential amenities within the BTR development to include a resident only gym and laundry room at ground floor and communal spaces on upper floors.
