a Housing Development of 25 No. dwelling houses consisting of 6 No. semi detached bungalow type dwelling houses of which there are two different designs, 5 No. detached two storey type dwelling houses of which there are two different designs, 10 No. two storey semi detached 4 bedroom type dwelling houses, 4 No. two storey semi detached 3 bedroom type dwelling houses , entrance, boundary fence/wall, access road, green open space, connection to proposed sewerage treatment plant with percolation area that was previously granted full planning permission under Planning Ref No. PL04/216 but has not yet been constructed and whereby it is now proposed to relocate this sewerage treatment plant and percolation area by approx. 16m from where it was originally applied for, together with providing an on-site pumping station to pump the sewerage from the proposed development into the existing foul sewerage network so as to facilitate the future connection of the development into the Drumlish Sewerage Treatment Plant when upgraded and all ancillary works at
