Development Description:
construction of 3 no. dwelling houses consisting of 01 no. detached dormer type dwelling house and 2 no. dormer semi detached type dwelling houses on the previously approved but not yet constructed housing development site granted full planning permission under planning reference number PL05/558 and all ancillary works
1) the construction of a residential development of 35 no. house dwellings comprising 4 no. two bedroom single storey bungalow dwellings, 20 no. three bedroom two storey house dwellings and 11 no. four bedroom two storey house dwellings. (2) vehicular and pedestrian access (including construction access) from Bracklin Road and from a new junction off the Bracklin Park Link Road and the provision of 70 no. car parking spaces; (3) the provision of c. 0.2125 hectares of public open space; (4) the provision of surface water attenuation measures and underground attenuation systems and connections to water supply and foul drainage infrastructure, and; (5) all other associated works required to facilitate the proposed development including the regrading/reprofiling of site where required (including import/export of soil as required), the provision of hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatments (including public lighting), footpath/public lighting/roadworks/landscaping on the Bracklin Park Link Road, an estate management store and an ESB substation
1) Alteration to previously approved planning permission ABP Ref 313318-22, which alteration consists of permission to replace the previously approved Semi Detached House Units 03 & 04 with a two storey Childcare Facility, associated enclosed outdoor play areas, bin store and associated car and bike parking spaces, in order to comply with Conditions 3 (a) and 3 (b) of previously approved planning permission ABP Ref 313318-22. 2) All other associated works required to facilitate the proposed development including the regrading/reprofiling of site where required (including import/export of soil as required), the provision of hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatments (including public lighting), footpath / public lighting / roadworks / landscaping
