Permission at their existing milk processing plant. The proposed works shall consist of additions to existing planning permission 11/37 as follows: 1) the partial demolition of the existing two storey canteen & changing room structure & its integration into the debagging building as approved under planning ref 11/37. This shall involve the removal of the existing prefabricated canteen & its replacement with a rendered blockwork structure similar to the existing ground floor canteen. Plan dimensions & overall heights shall not exceed the footprint of the existing building. 2) The construction of a single storey store building at the southwestern boundary. This building shall be clad in Kingspan KS1000 panels coloured to match existing

The partial demolition of the existing structure & removal of the first floor prefabricated building. The proposed overall area of the building footprint will not increase for the existing 165m². 2) The proposed first floor shall be constructed with blockwork cavity walls coloured to match existing. The building height & dimensions shall not exceed the existing. 3) The construction of a single storey maintenance store building at the southeastern boundary
Permission for development to consist of a single storey extension to the front elevation of the existing milk filling hall building. The proposed extension will have an approximate floor area of 28m2.
