Permission for the upgrade of the existing LPG fueling facility. Upgrade to consist of the relocation of the existing overground LPG storage tank, the installation of two new 40,000 Ltr underground tanks storing petrol and diesel, the installation of two twin pumps dispensing petrol and diesel plus an LPG pump under a canopy 9.0m by 16.0m with a height of 4.5m, all associated fuel pipework between the pumps and underground tanks, fill points and vents, concrete slab under the canopy and at the fill points and all associated drainage, including a petrol interceptor plus some advertising signage along the perimeter of the canopy. The existing site entrance from the Dublin Road willnot be changed.
