Permission for development to consist of a new retractable canopy projection to the front of a licenced premises and associated site development works.
PERMISSION for new works to existing public house. Proposed works to front elevation will include replacing window with door to provide wheelchair access, replacing window with fire escape door and extending steps to same, new replacement signage to existing fascia.
