The site is located within the proposed M1 Retail Pk planning register ref 03/292(granted permission) The proposed dev will consist of the provision of (A) A petrol service station comprising of a one storey flat roof structure of approx. 295m2 including 100m2 of ancillary retail area, with a freestanding canopy over the petrol pumps, a car wash facility, truck refuelling facility, external storage enclosure & 13 no. carpark spaces.
