P) remove roof from existing dwelling & replace with dormer roof to provide accommodation at first floor level, convert 2 no. rooms at ground floor level as part of existing childcare facilitity & alterations to internal layout at ground floor level
(P) The development will consist of solarium (26m sq) decking along shoreline at slipway (198m2) barbeque area, change of use of equipment store building to accommodate adventure centre staff to include kitchen, bedrooms, showers, toilets and sitting room (156m2) four apartment blocks, each generally 11.4m high x 21.4m2 and each containing twelve units (as a replacement to existing touring caravan pitches) for holiday home purposes, associated car parking (95 spaces on site wastewater treatment system (as a replacement of that existing, to be located immediately north of it) Two thirteen cubic metre gas tanks, and ancillary development works to also include for a lake (140m3 1m deep x 140m2 in area) for fire fighting purposes and an associated pumping station (2m deep x 2m wide by 3m high) as well as improvements to the existing vehicular entrance
