No. 03/1095 (mixed use retail, office and residential development including multi-storey car park and associated site developments). The amendments provide for alterations/repositioning of the existing service road, by relocating both the service road and car park to the west of that previously approved on the site at the existing Supervalu/former Mar/Public Car. The alterations are required to enable the applicant to comply with the archaeological recommendations of the Dept. of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government
(P) 39 no. apartments in 2-3 stories (15 no. 1 bed, 18 3no. 2 bed, 6 no. 3 bed) open space areas including terraces, roof gardens, balconies, demolish supermarket construct supervalu store (2118Msq), office & storage above (1696msq) retail mall of 17units (ranging from 52.5msq-604.9msq), associated storage, service areas, plant room, toilets, signage, 5 level over basement multi storie car park (422 Spaces), alterations to a protected structure (listed shop front) demolish dwellinghouse, ancillary site development works, relocate parking & recycling facilities & associated landscaping on site
(P) Amendments to development approved under 03/1095.(1) The existing service area, by increasing the height of the service yard by 3.58m over that previously approved.(2) The repositioning of ESB substation. (3) The alterations to the gradient of the access/service road to service yard. (3)the omission of 33no apartments to provide 6no apartments only (4)revisions to the retail mall to provide for a total of 21no units & an open cafe(gross floor area 2938.17sqm - excluding 1 &2 above)(original mall contained 17units with a gross floor area of 2296sqm)(5)alterations to the elevation along Ash Walk(6)provision of surface car park at Ash Walk(78no spaces).
