Change of use of a portion of an existing store to office accommodation at ground & 1st floor levels incorporating a new roof to the 1st floor offices & for assoc. site works.
Permission for the upgrade of the existing LPG fueling facility. Upgrade to consist of the relocation of the existing overground LPG storage tank, the installation of two new 40,000 Ltr underground tanks storing petrol and diesel, the installation of two twin pumps dispensing petrol and diesel plus an LPG pump under a canopy 9.0m by 16.0m with a height of 4.5m, all associated fuel pipework between the pumps and underground tanks, fill points and vents, concrete slab under the canopy and at the fill points and all associated drainage, including a petrol interceptor plus some advertising signage along the perimeter of the canopy. The existing site entrance from the Dublin Road willnot be changed.
Permission for development will consist of the following: 1. Change of use from office building and light industrial use to new multi-use building consisting of retail units, medical centre and office space. 2. Demolition of single storey building to rear of existing building. 3. Demolition of existing warehouse & workshop building. 4. Construction of new staircore to rear of existing building. 5. Provision of additional car Parking. 6. New signage to existing building. 7. All associated site works.
The development will consist of the following: 1. Change of use of existing workshop in main building to fitness studio and part retail unit 2. Retention of subdivision of single retail unit to 2 no. retail units and relocation of entrance doors (single retail unit proposed as per granted permission Ref No.16298) 3. Retention of omission of retail unit no.2 and relocation of staircore (as per original granted permission Ref No. 16298) 4. Retention of omission of staircore in gp surgeries (as per original granted permission Ref No.16298) 5. Alterations to rear elevation 6. New exteranl lighting to existing main building 7.
