(P) Demolition of all existing predominantly 2 storey buildings on site, including 5 residential units and construct 28 new residential units comprising 11no 2 bed apartments, 10no 3 bed townhouses & 7no 4 bed townhouses & 5 commercial units/retail units. 3no 2 storey plus dormer buildings are proposed to main street, comprising commercial/retail units at ground floor with duplex apartments over. The facade and roof profile of the existing building on Main Street currently containing 'Kearneys' and Midland Gas is to be retained & repaired with alterations to the shop frontage.
