THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PROVIDES FOR REVISIONS TO THE PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT UNDER REG. REF. NO. 06/314. THESE CONSIST OF MODIFICATIONS TO THE ROOF OF THE FORMER CARROLL'S BUILDING, WITH THE RAISING OF 3NO. ROOF BAYS (20.6M X 20.6M) BY 1100MM, MODIFYING THE ASSOCIATED ROOFLIGHTS AND PROVIDING 9NO.
