Retention Permission for development to consist of retention of change of use of existing structure granted permission ref. 11504 for agricultural machinery use to existing use as a commercial garage for repair to cars and vans and retention of existing retaining wall and associated works.
Retention Permission for development to consist of retention of change of use of existing structure constructed under PA ref 11 504 (permitted use is to accommodate agricultural machinery ancillary to existing agricultural land owned by the applicant) to use of the structure as a homebased enterprise for the storage of and servicing and repair of agricultural vehicles and machinery and retention of existing retaining wall and all associated site development works.
Retention permission and permission. Permission for is sought for the omission of conditions 4(a)and 4(b) of ref. 11/504. Ref 11/504 permitted the construction of a shed structure of 160sq.m on the application site and this structure has been constructed in accordance with permission 11/504. Condition 4(a) restricts use to storage of agricultural machinery and 4(b) omits use for repair and maintenance of vehicles and machinery. The retention permission is sought for an existing retaining wall. *Significant Further Information submitted 12/07/17 amended description to "Retention of use of existing shed structure constructed in accordance with PA Ref 11/504 without compliance with conditions 4(b) and 4(c) of Ref 11/504.
