THE FORMATION OF THE NEW ROUNDABOUT WILL RESULT IN THE CLOSURE OF THE EXISTING LEFT IN/LEFT OUT ARRANGEMENT ON THE N52 TO THE IMMEDIATE NORTH OF TOM BELLEW AVENUE. A NEW SERVICE ROUTE WILL BE DEVELOPED TO SERVICE THE NEW RETAIL UNITS ACCESSED FROM BOTHAR NA FEIRME. THE TOTAL CAR PARKING SPACES TO BE PROVIDED IS 1337 INCLUDING 32 ACCESSIBLE/DISABLED SPACES AND 164 STAFF SPACES.
