Decision Description:

1. Two no.part two-storey/part single storey Drive Thru’ Restaurant Outlets, the first of 395 sq.m., the second of 365 sq.m., on a site of 0.2 hectares. 2. Dedicated areas for corporate signage. 3. New internal access road to serve both outlets. 4. Associated site development works. 5. Customer car parking.
Drive Thru' Restaurant Outlet No. 01 (Reg. Ref. No. 06/316 & 08/19). Changes to previously approved Planning Permission as follows: (1) Sub-division of food outlet 1A to provide 1 no. Retail Unit of G.I.F.A 116.1 sqm at Ground Floor to be known as Unit 2 and 1 no. Food Outlet of G.I.F.A of 267.9 sqm over Ground and First Floor to be known as Unit 1A; (2) Alterations to internal layout of building to include reduction in size of service yard and reorganisation of Unit 1B; (3) Revisions to external elevations; (4) Additional corporate signage of 7.35 sqm total building signage proposed 37.9 sqm; (5) Alterations to previously approved service road; (6) The overall gross internal floor area will be 563 sqm.
