Works to be in accordance with planning permission Ref.15/608. **Significant Further Information submitted on 21/12/2016 has provided for the retention of the northern boundary along with omission of new vehicular entrance.
Permission for demolitions, refurbishment and an extension to the former Violet Pub. The works include: 1) The removal of the two storey extension to the rear of the building (approx. 95sq m.) and the existing out-buildings to the back garden (approx. 99 sq m). 2) The proposed works include a two storey extension to the rear (approx 209 sq m). 3) Internal modifications to the existing structure to include at ground floor level the reconfiguration of the former pub layout to accommodate the new dwelling layout and an integrated garage and alterations at the first floor level to accommodate the bedroom layouts. 4) Proposed site works including a new entrance to the garage from Sandymount Road, associated site works, landscaping and drainage.

Retention permission for development to consist of retention of an extension, part change of use and alterations to an existing structure previously granted planning permission under planning ref. 97/779.
