Permission for Large-Scale Residential development (LRD) consisting of modifications to a permitted Strategic Housing Development (SHD) permission (ABP 306224-19) at Site at Connolly's Field, the Junction of Hill Street and The Long Avenue, Dundalk, County Louth. The modifications to the permitted SHD involve alterations to Block A of previously approved mix use development (ref ABP 306224-19) only. Block A consists of a 6 storey building with lift enclosure over.
