Permission for a residential development on lands to the east of Ballymakenny Road and south of Listoke Avenue, consisting of 94 no. two storey houses comprised of 2 no. four bed detached houses, 60 no. four bed semi-detached houses and 32 no. three and four bed terraced houses.
