1. Demolition of extg.2-storey canteen & changing facility on S/E side of site. Demolition & removal of existing 3-storey office block located on southern bld.elevation along Dublin Rd. Construction of new 3-storey Welfare Facility Block in the location of original office block. Grnd.floor consist of staff toilets & changing rooms (135sq.m.).Overall 1st flr shall measure 135sq.m. & consist of the relocated canteen (67sq.m), store room(14sq.m),kitchen(19sq.m) & assoc.staff toilets. 2nd flr shall measure 140sq.m) overall consisting of staff offices. Bld.shall be 11.38sq.m.high at its highest point & shall be clad in Kingspan KS1000 micro rib flat panel coloured mushroom to match extg. 2. Construction of extension to existing chill store & filling hall blds. Ext.shall house the plastic bottle debagging machines & is to be served by 3 loading docks on the eastern elevation of ext. Proposed debagging & uploading bld.extension shall measure 236sq.m. & be 7.1m high at its highest point. The walls shall be clad in Kingspan KS1000 panel's coloured mushroom to match extg. 3.Enclosure of existing raw & finished product milk silos on the N/W elevation of extg.bld. This enclosure shall measure 300sq.m. with a max.height of 10.3m. The nett additional bld.area enclosed shall be 180sq.m. The bld.shall be clad in Kingspan KS1000 panel's coloured mushroom to match extg. 4.Alterations to extg.entrance & construction of new car park with a capacity for 51 vehicles & an overall area of 1290sq.m.utilising permeable paving. The overall dev. incl. building extension & modifications shall measure 946sq.m. with a net additional building footprint of approx.480sq.m.

The proposed works shall consist of additions to existing planning permission 11/37 as follows: 1) The alteration & refurbishment of the existing two storey canteen structure. This will involve integrating the existing canteen & changing areas within the proposed debagging extension outlined in the application 11/37.
