(P) the development of a linear park and 4 no. linked public parks with a total area of 14.06ha and comprising lands within the townlands of Moneymore and Yellowbatter located to the east and west of Twenties Lane, Drogheda, Co Louth; lands within the townland of Yellowbatter located to the east and west of Ballymakenny Road, Drogheda, Co. Louth; lands with the townlands of Greenbatter and Commons, Drogheda, Co. Louth and located to the east and west of the railway line with a link under the railway line at Moore's Bridge; and lands to the west of Termonfeckin Road (R166), Drogheda, Co Louth within the townland of Newtownstalaban. A 10 Year Planning Permission is sought. The development will consist of a total of 688 no. residential units, and 1no. creche facility of 476sqm GFA on lands measuring approx. 19.4ha.
