Permission for development at the partially constructed unfinished "ghost" estate known as "Balfeddock Manor" at Baltray Road, Balfeddock, Termonfeckin, Co. Louth. The development provides for the completion of a section of the previously approved Link Road between the Termonfeckin to Drogheda Road (R 166) and the Baltray to Termonfeckin Road (R 167), including provision of cyclepaths. The development also provides for all associated site development works including alterations to ground levels, internal roads, car parking, footpaths, open space, public lighting, landscaping and boundary treatments. |
