This development will consist of 37 no. 2 bed town houses, 6 no.3 bed town houses, 24 no. 3 bed end terrace houses all in 10 blocks of six and one block of four & one block of three, 17 no. 4 bed detached houses with all associated roads, footpaths, cycle-ways and associated services on a revised site layout.
