There will also be a creche facility provided within the development, however the exact location and precise details of such shall be the subject of a separate planning application. The development will also include the construction of a foul sewer leading from the N2 in the townland of Milltown to the Milltown Road with the construction of a new foul sewage pumping station situated adjacent to the Milltown Road, Milltown, Ashbourne and the laying of a new raising main from the proposed pumping station to the existing Ashbourne sewage treatment works.
