development in the grounds of the former Cillghrian Glebe consists of the retention of refurbishment works to the Glebe House, a Protected Structure and to its coach house. In addition permission is being sought for a single storey extension to the rear of the Glebe House. Change of use is being sought from dwelling and associated outbuildings to guest house use. In addition permission is being sought for new development on the site comprising 22 no. townhouse units of two and three storeys and self-catering accomodation block of two and three floors containing 16 no. suites and 4 no. single bed units.
