development in the grounds of the former Cillghrian Glebe consists of the retention of refurbishment works to the Glebe House, a Protected Structure and to its coach house. In addition permission is being sought for a single storey extension to the rear of the Glebe House. Change of use is being sought from dwelling and associated outbuildings to guest house use.
