(i) The demolition of former two storey retail/post office and ancillary residential accommodation, (ii) retention permission for a change of use from residential to use as a coffee shop (for the sale of hot and cold food) of existing single storey cottage and permission for refurbishment works and single storey extension to rear (90 m2), (iii) a mixed development comprising of 3 no. new retail units of 62m2, 280m2, & 62m2 respectively in single & part 2 storey configuration, with 2 no. two bed apartments above, with parking and service areas to rear.
