The 150 residential units comprise of 60 no. 3 bed terrace, 72 no. 2 bed apartments, 14 no. 2 bed duplex, 2 no. 3 bed apartments and 2 no. I bed apartments. The day care crèche shall cater for 45 no. children in each of two daily session from 8.45am to 12.15pm and 1.15pm to 4.45pm Monday to Friday inclusive. The development includes the construction of a new site entrance off the Summerhill road to the northern part of the site. The closing of the existing road off the existing Summerhill roundabout to ‘’EMO’’ fuel depot, the construction of a new segment of the relief road for Trim off the existing Summerhill roundabout. The segment of the relief road will have an entrance to the southern part of the site and a new roundabout to the west of the site, off the south of this new roundabout is a new access road to ‘’EMO’’ fuel depot, off the north of new roundabout is an access road of 7 metres in width to an entrance to the northern part of the site, off the west of this new roundabout is the provision for the continuation of the Trim relief road. The application will also include for onsite carparking, foothpaths, site service and all associated site works, the existing buildings on the site are to be demolished and the associated underground storage tanks to be decommissioned.
