The construction of an office building, the construction of one workshop building with external concreted yard areas, construct a secure car parking area to service McAree Engineering, the construction of the car parking area will involve the demolition of a number of existing sheds to accommodate the car parking area, alterations to a number of boundary walls and hedges, the construction of landscaped areas, and all ancillary site works.
Revisions to previously granted planning application reference number 12/278. The revision will consist of the following: 1. Alterations to the boundaries relating to the application. 2. Alterations to the site layout plan. 3. Revised on site, position of the office building. 4. Revisions to the design and layout of the office building. 5. Revisions to the entrance location, boundary treatment, closing up the existing entrance location and all ancillary site works.
