consist of two no. poultry units, underground washings storage tanks, vertical meal bins, nitrate storage building use existing agricultural entrance & all ancillary site works. The proposed development comprises or is for the purpose of an activity for which an Integrated Pollution Prevention Control Licence is required. The planning application is to be accompanied by an Environmental Impact Statement and that the EIS will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of Monaghan County Council
to reconfigure arrangement of buildings on site granted under previous planning 08/136. Two no. poultry units, underground washing storage tanks, vertical meal bins, nitrate storage building, use existing agricultural entrance and all ancillary site works within existing farmyard complex. Significant Further information consists of relocation of poultry house number three, underground waste water washings storage tanks, vertical meal bins, litter storage building alreasy granted under previous planning permission 08/136. Revised site boundaries, landscaping plan, revised site layout plans showing clear detail of all drainage facilities and new underground water harvesting tank.
Permission to 1). construct poultry unit with vertical meal bins and underground wash down tank, 2). construct a shavings store, 3). construct a poultry litter store, 4). construct a small equipment store, 5). construct an extension to an existing poultry unit with an additional wash down tank and all ancillary site works. This application relates to a development which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a License under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency (Licensing) Regulations 1994 to 2013. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) will be submitted with this application. Significant Further Information has been received which includes the following: (1) Revised site boundary to include access laneway & entrance. (2) Proposed new surface water swale.
