This application relates to a development, which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a Licence under part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Acts 1994 to 2013. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (E.I.A.R.) will be submitted with this planning application and the EIAR will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of Monaghan County Council.
