and PERMISSION for changes to our existing place of business: (1) Retention Permission is being sought for 73 sq.m of floor space added to a 90 sq. m 1st floor storage mezzanine, (now a complete first floor of total floor area of 163 sq. m) and (2) Permission is being sought to expand existing shop to said first floor consisting of 109 sq. m retail floor area (remaining area to be used as storage) and to erect an external fire-escape staircase to side of existing unit and all other associated site works at Spirit Kids shop unit,
for 1) the provision of an enclosed lobby (c.48 s.q.m gross ) at the existing entrance, on the south-east elevation of the Tesco Store: 2) removal of the sign located over the existing entrance measuring c.5.6m x c.1.4m and the provision of an identically sized illuminated sign above the proposed lobby on the south-east elevation; 3) 2 no. signage zones of c.1.25m x c.3m (total advertising area of c.3.75 s.q.m each) to be located at either side of the proposed lobby above the entrances and 4) all associated site development works and site services.
