Roscommon. The development (a continuation of development permitted under Roscommon County Council Planning Reg Ref: 03/601 (parent permission), 03/657, 03/1577 and 04/162) will consist of: The provision of 86 no. residential units (13 no. one bedroom apartments (including a one bedroom apartment of 61 sq m at first floor above childcare facility), 8 no. two bedroom terrace houses, 6 no. two bedroom end of terraced houses, 1 no. two bedroom house (existing habitable house to be amended/extended), 21 no. three bedroom terraced houses, 14 no. three bedroom end of terraced houses, 11 no. three bedroom detached houses and 12 no. four bedroom terraced houses) (total 8,466 sq m) arranged in 16 blocks (identified as Blocks A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,N and Q (crèche), Groups M and P and Cottage) ranging in height from one to three storeys, with 142 no. car parking spaces; amendment to Outline Planning for a crèche (Roscommon County Council Planning Reg.
