To vary Planning Permission Ref. No. PD/02/1011 at Cloongowna/Monksland Td., Athlone, Co. Roscommon. The variations, together with all associated site works, which are now being proposed, are as follows:
1). Increase overall site area to circa 18.1 acres.
2). Replace house no’s 1,2,29 and 30 with 12 No. two storey back-to-back HT5 type houses.
3). Replace house no.s 11 to 20 inclusive and 133 to 144 inclusive with 48 No. HT3 type apartments comprise of 24 No. two bedroom single storey apartments and 24 no. two storey 3 bedroom duplex apartments.
4). Construct single storey building to contain medical surgery and crèche and on site parking.
5). Construct concrete retaining wall in South East corner of site.
6). Revise layout of remainder of enlarged site to contain the following: (a) 52 No. two storey three bedroom HT2 type semi detached houses. (b) 32 No. HT3 type apartments containing 16 no. two bedroom single storey apartments and 16 no. two storey three bedroom duplex apartments.
