For development of an extension to the existing hotel on a 2.22ha site, approximately, the development will consist of a two storey extension with a central six storey element over basement plant area (529.sq.m.) comprising a health and fitness centre and spa treatment facility (including a 20 metre swimming pool, gymnasium, thermal suite, outdoor garden area, spa-related treatment rooms and changing facilities); 54 no. additional hotel bedrooms, a two storey staff accommodation block (218 sq. m.) and the demolition of an existing habitable single storey house (222 sq. m.).
