Planning Permission for 60 detached houses with all associated site works at Pearse Road, Cornageeha, Sligo and to provide new vehicular access of Pearse Road to said development
for development comprising of the construction of 90 no. dwelling houses and creche facility together with all associated site works. The development previously consisted of the following:: 1. 3 no. 5 bedroom, two and a half storey detached houses. 2. 24 no. 4 bedroom two storey semi-detached houses. 3. 63 no. 3 bedroom, two-storey town-houses. 4. A single storey creche. The significant further information/revised plans provides alterations to the planning application by providing 109 units in lieu of the 90 originally proposed. These 109 units will consist of 26 no. 4 bed dwellinghouses and 26 no. 3 bed dwellinghouses, 44 no. 2 bed apartments, 6 no. 1 bed apartments and 7 no. 3 bed apartments. 39 of the apartments will be provided on the southern part of the site in 2 blocks with underground carparking and the remainder will be located to the north of the site with the dwelling units.
