The 4 no. semi-detached 2 bedroom houses and 10 no. 2 bedroom apartments in the centre of the site along the southern boundary have been replaced with 3 blocks of 5 no. terraced houses. 15 no. terraced houses in total. 2 blocks of these terraced house (10 no. houses) have 2 bedroom and 1 block of these terraced houses have 3 bedrooms ( 5 no. houses). The total number of dwellings in this application has been reduced from 94 units to 85 units (Further Information has been submitted on a revised site layout)
