Improvements include removal of existing main entrance gates, remove and relocate existing gates to Headmaster's residence, removal of mature trees and roadside boundary for overall length of approximately 70m, provision for setdown area, new footpath and new roadside stone boundary wall with railings and provision of new automatic gate at main entrance. 3.
