The proposed develpment has a gross floor area of 21,869 m2.

Parknascaddane Ardgeeha Lower and Lawlesstown Cashel Road, Clonmel
development consisting of alterations to the existing façade a the South East corner of the current Manufacturing Facilities Building. The removal of the existing sign and the installation of a new relocated illuminated sign on the south façade. The extension of the permitted plant screen at roof level set back from the South and West facades of the Administration building granted under planning reference no. 18600772 and all associated ancillary works. All access to the site will be by way of the existing access roads off Cashel Road
