retain unauthorised development consisting of car work shop/garage and for permission to construct extension to south east gable of the above car work shop/garage and associated business signage
the following development which is in the original curtilage of a Protected Structure (Record of Protected Structures No.TRPS526, Postbox, within the Tipperary County Development Plan 2022 – 2028). The establishment of a new community park which will consist of: a) a new pedestrian bridge and partial removal of stone wall to facilitate bridge access to the park; b) new park entrance with paving, stone walls, steel arches and community notice board; c) a nature based play space incorporating site furniture, play elements, grass mounds and planted areas; d) a new gravel car park area; e) a pedestrian gravel pathway throughout the site; f) external lighting between carpark and park entrance; g) a bio-retention swale; h) tree planting, planting, landscaping throughout the site and any ancillary site development works
