demolition of 1 no., single storey dwelling, 3 no., sheds, & existing 1.8m high screen wall running North East from Church Street along the boundary of the existing access road to the GAA site, with the provision of a scheme of 26 sheltered housing units, comprising 23 no., single storey dwellings, the renovation & extension of existing 1 no., single storey dwelling, with 2 no., units at first floor level, a community centre, and a wood chip boiler house servicing the development, all with associated & ancillary site development works and is accessed off an existing/upgraded access road, leading onto the GAA lands to the North of the site. All services both to and from the site will also be upgraded, together with the proposed new footpath and road markings to the front of the site on Church Street
