All existing stonework/roofwork and stonewalls will be retained, repaired, cleaned, repointed and consolidated as necessary; alterations to the western and northern facades to provide for vehicular and pedestrian entrances (the vehicular entrance point to the west will have steel and hardwood sliding gates. Vehicular access will be provided from Air Hill, and pedestrian access will be provided from Malt Vale/Air Hill and Gaol Road. The scheme also includes all hard and soft landscaping; private open space in the form of balconies/patios and gardens; children's play area; lighting; escalators; lifts and ramps for disabled access; cycle parking; plant areas; assocated signage; changes in level; boundary treatment and all other associated site excavation and site development works above and below ground |
