Element no.2- building extensions to existing casein plant building(approx.fl area 2586sqm) to accommodate new process plant installations to facilitate an increase in dairy processing capacity
& all assoc. site works incl relocation of exist external silos, compactor & prefabricated storage unit, removal of existing external storage containers & plant, relocation of internal gateway to the mart site & works to road pavement, utility services & drainage. Element no.3 the installation of wastewater treatment tanks;a)aeration tank 22m dm x 6m high;b)settlement tank l9m dm x 5m high; c)covered sludge tank l2m dm x 5m high along with an extension to exist sludge de-watering building (approx.fl area 37sqm), construction of laboratory/office build(approx.fl area 36sqm), air blower building (approx. fl area 2l2sqm), 2no. air blower enclosure structures(approx.base areas 43sqm & 24sqm), additional plant & equipment installations along with assoc internal access Rd, site works & drainage works all within existing WWT site complex. the part demolition of existing stores building and its replacement with a new single storey building to facilitate extension of existing cold store facilities and the provision of a loading dock facility together with all associated site works.
