3 pig houses and an associated pig loading bay and associated site works. Demolition of 3 older pig houses and the construction of 2 of the new houses on the same site as the demolished buildings. The purpose of the 3 new pig houses is to provide improved welfare standards for the existing approved pig numbers. The pig farm has an IPPC license (Ref PO437-02) An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and Screening Report for Appropriate Assessment will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
