Development Description:
construction of a 24.8 square meter, single storey MCC Room extension to the existing Building 6. The application relates to development consisting of modifications to an establishment within the meaning of Part 11 of the Planning & Development Regulations (Major Accident Directive). The application relates to a development for the purposes of an activity requiring and integrated pollution prevention and control (IPPC) license
the construction of an MV electrical building. The development will consist of: i) a new MV electrical building to comprise electrical rooms over an under-croft level to provide a gross floor area of approximately 168.8 square meters and a maximum height of 4.76 metres to include grated steel access platforms; ii) all associated site development and ancillary works including modifications to footpaths, drainage and utility services, and ground works.
