improvements to the boat mooring facilities at the north eastern shoreline of the applicant's landholding. The proposed improvements consist of the following integrated developments: (a) localised re-alignment of the shoreline on the north eastern section for approximately 103 meters with proposed new c.2M wide walkway/pier edge constructed of timber decking on joisting on steel beams on mini-piles with RC kerb onshore; (b) localised reduction in lakebed levels (typically 800mm) to achieve 1.5 meter draft at mean summer lake water level for the immediate lakeside approaches and proposed tie up mooring area; (c) low bollard type (c. 1.4M high) safety lighting, (d) underground services:- electrical supplies, cables, hubs, water supplies from the existing LDYC water services system; (e) associated siteworks; (f) landscaping - selection of indigenous tree species to screen the mooring area from view - mainly from the lake
