a new 2 storey administration block extension located along the eastern elevation of the existing facility along with associated plant rooms at roof level and roof mounted plant and equipment. The extension will comprise a building ranging in height from c. 9.1m along man roof parapet to 12.6m along roof of plantroom, with a total Area of Building of c. 3,200m2 on an existing site area of c. 14.6997 ha. The addition of 155 No. New car parking spaces adjacent to the existing car park in the south-western corner of the site. 15 No. motorcycle parking spaces, 15 No. bicycle parking spaces, alteration to 13 no. existing car parking spaces to provide 8 no. accessible parking spaces, new entrance ramp, steps, footpaths, landscaping, lighting, signage, underground services, and all associated ancillary works.
