The proposed development consists of the provision of an ESB substation to be located between the rear gardens of houses 34 and 38 and the consequent alteration to the rear gardens of these houses. The private amenity space area will be reduced at house 34 from 56.70m2 to 52.00m2 and at house 38 from 56.80ms to 51.70m2
