The proposed amendment will involve the following elements (a) repositioning of the permitted dwelling and access drive within revised site boundaries, (b) minor revisions to the previously permitted dwelling design to include a reduction of the overall height, the addition of a covered car port/garage to the rear and the replacement of a flat roof section to the rear with a pitched roof, (c) a new landscaping plan and all ancillary site works. Note: permitted vehicular access location and percolation area location will remain unaltered
